Job Title: Full‑time Loss Prevention Associate at UNIQLO Spitalfields.
Contract: Permanent • Hours: Full‑time, 37.5hours (5‑7 days a week) • Flexibility: Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends • Salary: £15.85 per hour starting rate.
Key Responsibilities
- Train store employees on LP and safety policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
- Detect and capture shoplifters according to company protocol.
- Prepare incident, accident and investigation reports according to company guidelines.
- Assist management in the investigation of employee policy and procedure violations.
- Ensure complete confidentiality of current and past investigations and outcomes.
- Participate in special projects and events as assigned.
- Support day‑to‑day store running and inventory accuracy.
Essential Requirements
- Basic knowledge of computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high‑performing team.
- Approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers and employees.
- Exceptional organisational, communication and time‑management skills.
