Responsibilities include partnering closely with the Head of Merchandising & Planning to execute seasonal strategies, providing data and insights to influence decision-making. Ensure all plans (MFP, Local Plans, Class Plans, Style/Option Plans) align with the strategic framework set by the Head of Merchandising. Collaborate with the Head of Merchandising & Planning to build seasonal OTBs and manage end-to-end inventory, from Full Price to terminal inventory clearance.
Own the weekly trade deck, preparing analysis to present in the DTC Trade meeting and make suggestions of actions to further drive revenue, profitability and sell-through. Conduct store & EC visits to review productivity, product performance and customer behaviour, and cascade actions to commercial teams. Provide market, competitor, and trend insights that support strategic assortment direction and pricing guidance, making recommendations to ensure the Theory EU assortment remains competitive within the market.
