You will work closely with the inventory control manager as well as the merchandising planning and store operations team to understand and execute the planned inventory strategy for your selected product areas.This is an opportunity for a driven and analytical inventory professional to make a direct impact on product availability across UNIQLO Europe. Working closely with retail, merchandising, and logistics teams, you will use data and insight to optimise stock levels, maximise sales opportunities, and ensure customers can find the products they want, wherever they shop.What you will be responsible for:Managing inventory levels across stores and e-commerce to maximise product availability and sales.Analysing stock performance and making data-driven decisions to achieve key business KPIs.Optimising auto-allocation settings to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time.Driving stock consolidation and redistribution activities to improve inventory efficiency.Partnering with retail, merchandising, and logistics teams to resolve stock issues and improve performance.Supporting inventory strategies across multiple European markets.Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.Skills, Experience and Attributes:3+ years experience in branch/allocation or international merchandising is neededProven experience in inventory management, stock planning, branch merchandising, or a similar retail function.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make commercial decisions.Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets and reporting tools.A solid understanding of inventory KPIs, stock flow, and allocation principles.Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams.Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Previous experience within fashion, retail, or e-commerce is advantageous.What we can offer you:26 days of paid leave per holiday year + 8 bank holidaysStaff Discount 30%Global Profit Share SchemeEmployee Assistance ProgrammePrivate Medical Care (optional)Private Pension Scheme (optional)Travel to work loan schemeHybrid working, 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home (during probation period, more time in office maybe required)Social events throughout the yearSeasonal Sample SalesVolunteer Day β twice a yearGreat Location - Close to transport links, underground Piccadilly and Oxford Street stations.
