Team Member Plus

Already have hospitality experience? This is the step up, we have an Aces in places strategy to bring out your best skills - running the protein section, owning the finish, and being the person who knows the menu inside out, being the customer service ace to bossing delivery drivers about.

What you'll actually be doing

  • Then comes the evening shift where the business really wakes up, if you want quiet and relaxed this is not it, we thrive on the busy but fun environment.
  • We do a lot of deliveries on Deliveroo, Uber etc., we have a special section for that where you can demonstrate your skills from pure speed and energy to attention to detail checking bags, tickets etc.
  • Run the protein section - Presentation on every plate.
  • Serve the salads - Portion the right weight of salad and present well.
  • Own the finish - dressings, garnishes, the final check before it goes out.
  • Pack deliveries properly - Uber Eats and Deliveroo orders that actually look good when they arrive.
  • Know the menu - recommend sides, explain what things are, handle the questions.
  • Production - of grab and go items and salads.
  • Juice and smoothie station - Mix up some healthy drinks.
  • Help new starters - show people the ropes the way you were shown them.

Qualifications & Expectations

  • You take pride in your work - a messy dish makes you wince, not shrug.
  • You're solid with customers - friendly, clear and confident.
  • You show up for your teammates - on time, ready, consistent.
  • If you want to grow - this isn't the end of the road, it's the next step.

Who it's not for

  • Anyone expecting to stand around and not do much.
  • Anyone not really wanting to integrate into a team but just do their own thing.
