The predicted salary is between 13 - 13 € per hour.

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Driver-Operator to join our growing street food team in London. This is not a driving-only role. You will be responsible for transporting the stall safely to and from our daily trading pitches, while also working as part of the service team during the shift. The role is mainly Monday-Friday, approximately 8 am-3 pm, with optional Saturday work available. We’re a small, hardworking team and we’re looking for someone positive, focused and dependable who enjoys hospitality and takes pride in doing things properly.

Responsibilities

  • Driving the van to and from site
  • Setting up and packing down the stall
  • Handling gas and equipment safely
  • Serving customers during busy service periods
  • Supporting food preparation and general operations
  • Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Following clear operational procedures and instructions
  • Positive attitude and professional manner
  • Reliable, punctual and organised
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced service environments
  • Able to stay focused and calm during busy periods

Preferred Experience

Experience in hospitality, street food or customer service is preferred, but attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are just as important. This role suits someone who likes staying busy, takes responsibility seriously and enjoys being part of a good team.

Requirements (non-negotiable)

  • Full UK/EU driving licence
  • Confident driving a long-wheelbase van in London (VW Crafter)
  • Legally able to work in the UK
  • Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and set-up work
