What You'll Be Doing

  • Servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on fire and security systems.
  • Working on fire alarm, CCTV, intruder alarm and access control systems.
  • Diagnosing faults efficiently and providing first-class customer service.
  • Completing installations where required.
  • Producing accurate electronic service reports.
  • Building strong relationships with our customers.
  • Ensuring all work complies with current British Standards and company procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Has experience within the fire and security industry.
  • Has excellent fault-finding skills.
  • Takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.
  • Has a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence.
  • Has excellent communication and customer service skills.

Experience with leading manufacturers is advantageous but not essential.
