This role will line manage three Senior Executives and provide leadership across a wider ecommerce team of 10, creating a culture of high performance, accountability and continuous improvement.Moving beyond traditional website management, the Head of Ecommerce will operate as a senior commercial leader, setting the ecommerce trading strategy, challenging market performance and ensuring every market has a clear plan to deliver Revenue, Conversion, Margin and profitability.Working collaboratively across multiple departments, the Head of Ecommerce will translate wider company objectives into clear, actionable digital trading strategies, ensuring opportunities are maximised and risks identified and addressed at pace.
