Credit Controller – French Speaking
Salary: From £25,000 per year depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week (between 8am and 4pm)
Working style: Hybrid – 3 days per week on site
Location: Calverton, Nottingham
VF Corporation is looking for a team player who is keen to use their French language skills, to join our European Credit Team in Calverton, Nottinghamshire.

Let’s Talk about the Role

The role of a Credit Controller is all about talking to our customers and helping them to keep on top of their business account, payments and orders for VF brand’s awesome products. In this role you’ll get to do this, working alongside a great team and talking to customers all across Europe!

How You Will Make a Difference

• Use your French and English communication skills to build great relationships with other businesses, colleagues and customers.
• Communicate with customers over the phone, Zoom/Teams and by email to discuss payments, credit terms and resolve any queries, utilising your French communication skills.
• Help customers make the right payments at the right time so their account with VF stays up to date.
• Resolve customer queries and problems quickly and effectively before they grow, ensuring customers are happy to place further orders.
• Work with and build internal relationships across VF Corporation teams (Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain) to drive mutual success.
• Maintain accurate records using our IT systems and databases in an effective manner, keeping everything accurate and clean.

Skills for Success

• Fluent in French and English, able to communicate with people by speaking and writing in both languages.
• Problem solver who loves to investigate matters and find solutions.
• Works well with numbers, facts and figures, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Excel – we’ll teach and further develop these skills if needed.
