You will be required to work the following days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays.

The Role:
- Drive sales & deliver exceptional service: Achieve and exceed sales KPIs by flawlessly executing our customer experience model ‘Every Moment Matters’, creating memorable experiences for customers.
- Build rapport and loyalty: Build meaningful connections with customers, providing personalised service and care, and encourage customer loyalty to collect valuable data for future interactions.
- Be a Brand Ambassador: Share product knowledge and curate stunning jewellery selections that tell a story, creating special moments with every customer.
- Achieve sales targets: Focus on conversion, average transaction value, and units per transaction to exceed sales goals.
- Support store operations: Assist with stock deliveries, maintain immaculate shop floor standards, and process transactions accurately at the till.
