We are hiring a Service Delivery Assistant to help shape a seamless and welcoming workplace experience at Burberry’s Horseferry House in London. This role plays a vital part in the day‑to‑day rhythm of the building, supporting employees, partners and visitors through thoughtful service delivery and operational excellence. Working closely with the Workplace Services team, you will bring care, organisation and attention to detail to everything from events to health and safety. This role helps bring our brand values to life through how people experience our spaces.
Responsibilities- Deliver a warm, professional and inclusive experience for employees, partners and visitors at Horseferry House.
- Support the planning and delivery of meetings and events, from preparation and room set‑ups through to post‑event follow‑up.
- Coordinate workplace operations, including suppliers, contractors and daily service requests, to ensure smooth building performance.
- Manage workplace systems and administrative processes, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Support health and safety activity on site, including checks, reporting and contractor compliance.
- Act as a collaborative partner to reception and workplace teams, providing cover and support when required.
- Experience in workplace services, hospitality, facilities or a related people‑focused environment.
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Organised and adaptable, with the ability to balance planned work and reactive priorities.
- Calm and solution‑focused, with a practical approach to problem‑solving.
