Pandora is seeking a Sales Training Specialist to elevate customer experience across our West division stores by developing and delivering training to close capability gaps and drive selling excellence.

The role is field-based and hybrid, requiring travel across the store portfolio in the Marylebone/London area, with 3 days in office Tue-Thu.

You will partner with Regional Sales Managers and store leadership, design programs in various formats, and measure ROI to ensure performance improvements.
