As the Trade Marketing Coordinator, you will support the planning and execution of trade marketing strategies across national and independent retail accounts, working closely with the wider marketing team, sales, and key stakeholders. You will help deliver integrated campaigns including in-store promotions, digital and social activity, events, and co-op advertising, while ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The role also involves creating marketing materials, analysing campaign performance, and contributing ideas to drive sales and brand awareness.
You will build strong relationships with key accounts across the UK, including regular store visits to assess visual standards and identify opportunities to enhance in-store execution. Supporting visual merchandising and point-of-purchase initiatives, you will help develop and implement impactful displays, manage POP assets, and collaborate with store teams to maximise product visibility and elevate the in-store brand experience.
What we're looking for:
- A full UK driving license is required.
- Experience in Marketing and Visual Merchandising is preferred.
- Experience within a retail environment would be desirable.
- Ability to travel using all methods of transport including overnight stays.
- Project management skills and experience would be an advantage.
- Confidently able to communicate and liaise at all levels both verbally and written.
- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work at a fast pace with several changing priorities.
- Visionary, creative with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience using Photoshop is preferred.
