This position will work collaboratively with our global design team and regional marketing teams to create high quality localized digital experiences that blend brand elevated storytelling content with commerce for the family of Ralph Lauren brands including Collection, Purple Label, RRL, Polo, and Home.

  • Create a best-in-class consumer experience focused on designing content and experiences for our Digital Flagship across the European markets.
  • Collaborate with internal Design & Marketing counterparts in bringing to life seasonal campaigns by adapting them with local and regional nuances
  • Lead, develop, and execute smart, unexpected creative solutions as well as maintain design identity aesthetics per brand
  • Partner with UX/UI Designers and Front-End Developers on new site features and enhancements
  • Proactively use design, UX and prototyping to communicate new inspiring brand experiences
  • Exceptionally skilled at image curation, visual storytelling, typography, layout, form and color
  • Attend meetings and track next steps/follow-ups for projects
  • Work closely with, communicate and present creative with all key stakeholders and counterparts
  • Creatively mentor and oversee junior members of the team, ensuring creative output is consistent, delivered to brief and with a strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Graphic Design or similar preferred)
  • 5+ years of digital experience
  • Advanced design and prototyping skills in Figma
  • Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate concepts and validate ideas.
  • AI Literacy and understanding of how LLMs and machine learning models function
  • Leverage AI-powered design tools and demonstrate an understanding of AI workflows, prompt engineering, and emerging generative AI capabilities to enhance creativity and efficiency.
  • Knowledge of CSS, HTML and responsive design
  • Adobe Creative Suite knowledge
  • Experience in video editing is a plus
