As part of our luxury retail team you will share a passion for the brand and its values with customers and colleagues.
You will lead by example, practicing PVH values, inspiring your team to generate sales and profit, minimize losses, and create the best possible customer experience while ensuring the store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate in‑depth product knowledge and successful link‑selling skills to drive business.
- Outfit build for customers and make additional product recommendations to drive store KPIs.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure regular clientele.
- Act as a brand ambassador with a keen interest in current fashion and market trends.
- Ensure shop and stock‑room maintenance, presentation, and organization issues are addressed appropriately.
- Show flexibility and innovation in responding to the changing business environment, especially during peak trade periods.
About You
- Have previous experience within hospitality or retail.
- Be hardworking with strong communication skills.
- Have an interest in fashion and retail.
- Able to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment and multitask.
- Be passionate about driving sales using digital platforms.
