This position is based at our HQ in Manchester. We're looking for a highly creative, fashion-focused Graphic Designer to help bring the Club L London brand to life across every customer touchpoint. Working as part of our fast-paced Creative team, you'll support the design and delivery of campaigns, content, editorial, CRM, social and e-commerce experiences that inspire, engage and convert.
Key Responsibilities
- Create impactful design across campaigns, content, editorial and customer touchpoints.
- Support development of campaign identities, brand moments and content series that bring the Club L London brand to life.
- Contribute fresh ideas, trends and creative thinking to keep the brand relevant, aspirational and fashion-forward.
- Ensure all creative aligns with Club L London's premium visual identity and high creative standards.
- Design creative assets across digital, social, CRM, paid media and e-commerce channels.
- Create engaging content and customer experiences that drive engagement, conversion and brand awareness.
- Design email campaigns, customer journeys and automated flows that deliver a seamless and elevated brand experience.
- Create website assets, landing pages, promotional banners and campaign content across key trading moments.
- Adapt creative across multiple channels and international markets while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Work closely with Creative, Marketing, Social, CRM, Content and E‑commerce teams to bring ideas to life.
- Collaborate with senior creatives to develop concepts and deliver compelling customer-focused design.
- Take ownership of projects from briefing through to final delivery, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
- Continuously develop your creative and technical skills while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail across all creative output.
- Ensure consistency across all channels, websites and customer touchpoints.
- Support delivery of creative across international markets while maintaining global brand standards.
- Continuously seek opportunities to elevate the quality and effectiveness of creative output.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years' experience in a Graphic Designer role, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, luxury or e-commerce.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking, branding, campaign work and digital design.
- Experience designing for social, CRM, email, paid media and e-commerce channels.
- A strong eye for layout, typography, storytelling and visual communication.
- Passionate about fashion, culture and emerging design trends.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects.
