Store Supervisor – 24 Hours – Sweaty Betty
Wolverine Worldwide is a global marketer of branded footwear, apparel, and accessories, operating in approximately 200 countries. We seek a reliable, service‑oriented, fun‑loving individual to support the team, acting as a go‑to person in the absence of the Store Manager and ensuring a cool, calm and collected environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support store management in all aspects of store operation, including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, well‑presented store.
- Act as a role model, demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
- Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Achieve sales goals, performance metrics, and drive the store’s success by being an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
- Perform other duties as required/assigned by the manager.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
- Take ownership over stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to and delivering on store KPIs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Demonstrated retail sales success.
- Experience in a customer‑facing role; supervisory experience preferred.
- Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
