Store Supervisor - 20 Hours - Sweaty Betty

We are looking for a responsible, reliable, and service‑oriented Store Supervisor to support the team and act as the go‑to person in the absence of the Store Manager. The role requires a calm, collected approach under pressure, a passion for product knowledge, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and well‑presented store. The Store Supervisor will assist with administrative and operational duties, general store security, and help drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, well‑presented store at all times.
• Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
• Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics and drive the store’s success by being an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
• Take ownership over stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing toward and delivering on store KPIs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience working in a customer‑facing role; supervisory experience preferred but not essential.
• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
• Ability to adhere to company AAP/EEO goals and policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
