What’s the role about?

As part of ourdynamic retail team,you’llbe joining our Victoria Store in London,on afull-timepermanent basis as our Store Manager, whois responsible forensuring the store achieves targets, delivers results with commercial and operational excellence.

Who you are

• You’llhavepreviousretail management experience ina similar sizeoperation
• A passion for premium or luxury product helps, butwe’reopen to all retail backgrounds
• Have a proventrack recordofincreasing overall business performance
• Have a proventrack recordof delivering exceptional customer service through your team
• Be highly visual and have excellent commercial product management skills
• Be able to flex between the customer service, operational,technicaland visual elements of the role
• Be confident working under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Be self-motivated, focused and driven to achieve team and individual goals
• Be a great people manager, able to bring the best out of your team
• Have goodwritten and verbal communication skills

What you’ll be doing

• Planning the long-term Store goals
• Managing the overall store operations and performance
• Leading the store team to deliver exceptional customer experience by ensuring a personalised and tailored service is provided
• Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control to minimise loss
• Ensuring that promotions,salesand merchandising instructions are carried out to expected standards
• Taking responsibility for recruitment andretainingtalent
• Conducting regular performance reviews and probation reviews
