RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the efficient day-to-day operation of all stockrooms, ensuring accuracy, organisation and high standards at all times.
  • Manage the flow of stock across multiple concessions, on-site and off-site stockrooms, and Harrods Online.
  • Ensure timely and accurate replenishment to the shopfloor to support sales and the customer experience.
  • Receive, process and store deliveries in line with Burberry and Harrods procedures.
  • Maintain stock integrity through regular checks, clear labelling and effective organisation.
  • Work collaboratively with retail and operations teams to support overall concession performance.
