We are looking for two skilled Sourcing Coordinators to play a key role in ensuring Burberry products are delivered with precision, quality and care. Working closely with sourcing, product development and external partners, this role supports the seasonal flow of finished goods from planning through to delivery. You will help balance craft, commerciality and timing, contributing directly to Burberry’s supply chain excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate seasonal production placement and follow‑through, ensuring delivery aligns with agreed calendars, quality standards and cost targets.
- Act as a key point of contact for vendors, managing clear and timely communication on production plans, raw material call‑offs and delivery updates.
- Partner with Product Development, Technical and Quality teams to support fit approvals, BOM accuracy and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate cost and vendor data within relevant systems, supporting margin and pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with Customer Operations and local sourcing offices to ensure smooth handovers and on‑time order receipt.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting vendor performance reviews and sharing best practices across sourcing teams.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Experience in a sourcing, production or manufacturing environment, ideally within fashion, apparel or luxury goods.
- Confident working with costings, timelines and production data, with a strong eye for detail and follow‑through.
- Clear and considered communicator, able to build constructive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Comfortable working across multiple priorities in a fast‑moving, seasonal environment.
- Proficient in MS Office, with exposure to PLM and SAP systems considered an advantage rather than a requirement.
- Adaptable, organised and solutions‑focused, with a collaborative approach to problem solving.
