We’re looking for a Senior Studio Producer to help deliver world-class creative content at scale, bringing our brand and products to life. You’ll play a key role in leading projects across campaign production and studio shoots, ensuring seamless delivery from brief to final output. Working at the heart of our Creative Studio, you’ll bring structure, clarity and confidence to every project. This role is perfect for a hands‑on operator who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and loves making great work happen. This position is a 10-months FTC.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Owning end-to-end delivery of creative projects from brief through to final output
  • Planning and managing timelines, workflows and stakeholder communication
  • Leading studio and shoots from pre-production through to delivery
  • Coordinating resources, talent, logistics and shoot outputs
  • Ensuring seamless asset flow across studio and post-production pipelines
  • Managing project risks, budgets and production spend
  • Driving alignment across creative, brand, product and external partners
  • Mentoring and supporting Junior and Midweight Producers

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Proven experience as a Producer or Senior Producer in a creative or fashion studio environment
  • Strong track record delivering studio shoots and campaign production
  • Solid understanding of project and asset management tools (e.g. Wrike, Asana, Adobe)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience managing budgets, suppliers and production costs
  • Calm, proactive problem-solver who thrives under pressure
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members
