The role:
- Drive commercial success: Take ownership of sales, profitability, and overall store performance. Analyse commercial results and use insights to make confident decisions and take targeted actions that maximise opportunities. Deliver an outstanding customer experience that builds loyalty across both in-store and omnichannel services, including click & collect and endless aisle. Inspire your team to deliver world-class selling through exceptional product knowledge and storytelling. Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation consistently reflect Pandora's brand standards.
- Deliver operational excellence: Turn business goals into clear action plans, ensuring strong execution and measurable results. Plan effective store schedules that balance commercial priorities with operational needs. Build a flexible, high-performing team structure that adapts to changing business demands. Oversee stock management to minimise loss and maximise sales. Ensure full compliance with health & safety, security, data privacy, and company policies.
- Lead & develop your team: Role model Pandora's values of dreaming, daring, caring and delivering while creating a positive, inclusive and engaging workplace. The successful candidate:
- Proven experience driving sales, profitability, and commercial performance, and operational excellence in store, ideally within a leading, customer-focused retail or desirable consumer brand environment.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
