We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Global Merchandising to lead product strategy and deliver exceptional collections that resonate with a global luxury customer. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll drive category performance, influence creative direction, and develop the next generation of merchandising talent.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle – from initial concept through to launch and delist
  • Own and deliver category strategy, including pricing, range architecture and competitive positioning
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Design, Product Development, Planning and Supply Chain
  • Collaborate with regional teams to gather market insights and customer feedback
  • Present and influence at senior level, including contributing to strategic business decisions
  • Analyse trade performance and make data‑driven decisions to deliver against sales and margin targets
  • Drive collection presentations, buying guidelines, and product training globally
  • Manage commercial samples and budgets
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team, building capability across Merchandising & Planning
  • Step in for the Global Merchandising Lead where needed and contribute beyond your category

Personal Profile

  • Proven experience in luxury merchandising, with strong product sensitivity and trend awareness
  • Deep understanding of the global luxury consumer and competitive landscape
  • Strong commercial acumen, including pricing strategy, retail math and margin management
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships across a global organisation
  • Passion for product, creativity, and the balance between design vision and commercial success
