Balibaris is a men's ready-to-wear brand that reinvents men's clothing with the ambition to offer them an ideal wardrobe. The collections assert themselves from season to season and unite around noble materials and a high quality of design around a "Balibaris lifestyle", a cross between modernity and timelessness. Balibaris counts 62 stores today, with 2 of them based in the UK, and boldly plans to expand to 100 stores in the next 5 years.

  • Being a fashion ambassador.
  • Expressing your unique and welcoming personality.
  • Having a thorough knowledge of fashion.
  • Being a wise and curious advisor who cares about the well-being of his client.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming customers, taking an interest in them and creating a relationship of trust with them.
  • Listening to them, exchanging ideas and sharing a pleasant moment of conviviality.
  • Presenting articles, developing a technical knowledge on the products and highlighting them through a speech and a posture.
  • Ensuring impeccable service throughout the visit, whether it is a purchase.
  • Ensuring that stocks are kept up to date so that customers are always satisfied.
  • Respecting internal procedures.
  • Ensuring quality after-sales service.
  • Promoting the brand.

Your profile should include:

  • Successful experience of at least 2 years in Retail.
  • Good listening and relationship skills.
  • Sense of service and persuasion.
