We're looking for a part-time (20 hours) Retail Assistant (Athlete) to join our team and provide world‑class service to the consumer.
What you bring:
- Expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
- Assist retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
- Support various store departments (e.g., operate cash register, manage incoming and outgoing goods, refill products, build visual displays) and recommend products to reach sales targets.
- Create a bond between online and offline sales services using knowledge of digital devices.
- Inform consumers and teammates about NIKE products and services.
- Continuously improve personal knowledge via training courses to stay up to date on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.
