Nike Oxford Circus is looking for the next Part Time 20 hours Retail Assistant to join our team and provide world-class service to the consumer.

What you bring:

  • Using your expertise in the field of exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to serve and deliver a premium brand experience to our consumers.
  • Assisting our retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
  • Supporting various store departments, such as operating the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products on the shop floor, and building visual displays, and recommending appropriate products to reach sales targets.
  • Using your knowledge of digital devices to create a bond between online and offline sales or services in the store.
  • Informing consumers and new teammates about Nike products and services.
  • Improving your own knowledge through tools and training courses to stay up-to-date and to seek more insights on sales trends, Nike products, services, and culture.

Qualifications:

  • Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
  • Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
  • Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.

Availability:

  • Must be available Saturday & Sunday.
