JOB PURPOSE
As an In‑Store High-End Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of High‑End categories within a single boutique. Acting as the in‑store leader for High‑End business development, you will lead the introduction, elevation, and sale of exceptional products, including Fine Jewellery, High Jewellery, Made‑to‑Measure, Made‑to‑Order, Exotics, and other high‑value categories. Leading by example on the sales floor, you will personally manage and close strategic transactions, elevate team capabilities, and build a strong pipeline of UHNW and VIC relationships, positioning the boutique as a destination for High‑End excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and drive the High‑End strategy within the boutique, ensuring strong visibility, desirability, and commercial performance across all high‑value categories.
- Introduce and elevate High‑End collections in store, ensuring Client Advisors are confident, knowledgeable, and proactive in presenting them.
- Personally lead and close exceptional transactions, acting as a key closer for strategic opportunities.
- Build, monitor, and convert a robust High‑End sales pipeline.
- Identify cross‑category opportunities to maximise transaction value and long‑term client contribution.
- Monitor, analyse, and track key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
- Identify, recruit, and develop High‑Potential and UHNW clients.
- Define and execute targeted prospecting strategies through local networks, referrals, and curated events.
- Strengthen and elevate existing VIC portfolios towards deeper High‑End engagement.
- Ensure strategic and consistent use of CRM tools to track opportunities, nurture long‑term relationships, and monitor client evolution.
- Design and deliver bespoke client journeys aligned with High‑End positioning and brand standards.
- Partner closely with Regional Merchandising to ensure optimal assortment, stock visibility, and strategic product focus.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of Special Orders across all categories, including Ready‑to‑Wear, Leather Goods, Exotics, Made‑to‑Measure, and Fine and High Jewellery.
- Collaborate closely with the MTM Manager and Jewellery Manager to ensure technical accuracy, bespoke excellence, and flawless execution.
- Monitor the origin of Special Orders to identify key business drivers.
- Elevate each Special Order into a strategic High‑End opportunity through cross‑selling and personalised storytelling.
- Foster a High‑End mindset within the team, building confidence in presenting and negotiating high‑value pieces.
- Share best practices and support continuous improvement in High‑End performance standards.
- Support the planning and execution of boutique‑level High‑End events and private appointments.
- Maximise event conversion through structured and thoughtful follow‑up plans.
- Position the boutique as a recognised High‑End destination within the local market.
