JOB PURPOSE

To support the CRM team in enhancing client engagement and improving operational efficiency across retail channels. The role involves tracking performance metrics, assisting with campaign execution and analysis, coordinating client experience initiatives, and facilitating internal processes such as supplier management, budget tracking, and boutique feedback consolidation. The intern will contribute to the delivery of personalised customer experiences and help streamline CRM operations through data insights, toolkit preparation, and cross‑functional collaboration. Please note this internship is not linked to university course credit. We are seeking a candidate to join our London Head Office team full‑time from September/October for 6–12 months.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support weekly and monthly CRM KPI tracking
  • Assist in creating dashboards and performance summaries for Retail teams
  • Contribute to campaign analysis (e.g. open rates, conversion rates) and highlight key insights
  • Assist in preparing Clienteling toolkits for store teams
  • Support the CRM Manager in monitoring and coordinating initiatives such as Retail Events, Gifting, In‑Store animations, etc.
  • Consolidate boutique feedback and contribute to sharing best practices across the network
  • Assist in the implementation of client experiences: help identify appropriate client targeting and support supplier coordination, gifting management, and logistics
  • Help manage invoice follow‑up and supplier communication
  • Assist the CRM Manager in creating supplier profiles in internal tools
  • Support purchase order creation and budget tracking
  • Assist with loyalty‑related orders (e.g. gifts, handwritten cards, CRM stationery)
  • Coordinate internal validations and liaise with Finance and Procurement teams

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Smart and proactive mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly to a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Ability to provide tangible support from day one
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to learn
  • Fluency in English
