Store Assistant - 8 Hours - Sweaty Betty

Wolverine Worldwide is a global marketer of branded footwear, apparel, and accessories, including the Sweaty Betty brand. As a team member, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional in‑store experience for every customer, helping them choose products, and meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver authentic customer service to create a lasting impression.
  • Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Educate customers on products, building rapport and lasting relationships.
  • Maintain store standards, visual merchandising, deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety procedures.
  • Manage cash and ensure accuracy and compliance with security and health & safety policies.
  • Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming launches and collecting customer data.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
