Store Assistant - 8 Hours - Sweaty Betty
Wolverine Worldwide is a global marketer of branded footwear, apparel, and accessories, including the Sweaty Betty brand. As a team member, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional in‑store experience for every customer, helping them choose products, and meeting sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver authentic customer service to create a lasting impression.
- Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
- Educate customers on products, building rapport and lasting relationships.
- Maintain store standards, visual merchandising, deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety procedures.
- Manage cash and ensure accuracy and compliance with security and health & safety policies.
- Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming launches and collecting customer data.
