Major Accountabilities
- Open and close the store following the correct company procedures
- Encourage continuous improvement through ongoing feedback
- Support the store management team on overall store and back‑of‑house standards
- Assist in training and coaching associates
- Achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance
- Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end‑to‑end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store
- Ensure the store remains as commercial as possible following company guidelines
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards in the store
- Perform other duties as required by the management team
Requirements for Success
- Team player
- Previous retail experience desirable or proven experience in a team environment
- Demonstrate customer service skills
- Passion for retail and sales
- Desire to learn
- Ability to perform basic maths and general retail operational processes
- Understanding of POS register systems
- Effective communication skills
