Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Act as the first point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating in‑depth product knowledge.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with our customers.
- Provide outfit building and make further product recommendations.
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
- Drive store KPIs and suggest ways to improve.
- Ensure shop and stock room maintenance, presentation, and organization issues are addressed appropriately.
