Major Responsibilities:
- Provide the highest level of customer service, by greeting each customer in a warm and friendly manner.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns quickly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide customers with information on procedures or store policies.
- Compute and record totals of transactions.
- Assist with counting cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that float amounts are correct and all registers contain adequate change.
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
- Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
Job Requirements:
- Experience of retail and cash management.
- Able to work as a team member.
- Excellent personal organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work under pressure and to thrive in a fast‑paced, challenging environment.
- Able to work on different tasks easily – multi‑tasking.
- Able and willing to deliver an exceptional customer service.
