As Sweaty Betty continues its global expansion, we are looking for a highly organised and customer experience focused Online Trading Coordinator to join our growing e‑commerce team. You will be pivotal in pushing boundaries to ensure we provide relevant and impactful online customer experiences, with decisions driven from data‑led insights. You excel in a fast‑paced environment and are a team player.
Role Responsibilities
- Support the day‑to‑day trading and content management of SweatyBetty.com.
- Compile accurate daily, weekly and seasonal reports on trading performance, including sales, product, conversion, content and onsite behaviour; identify trends and opportunities and use data to drive decisions to optimise customer experience.
- Develop and maintain the trading calendar and content strategy, delivering streamlined content and tactic plans with clear customer journey mapping.
- Prepare the sites and deliver sale, seasonal marketing campaigns and personalised experiences throughout the year to create seamless and commercially effective customer journeys from marketing channels.
- Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to deliver localised and on‑brand content and messaging updates across all relevant markets, aligning with the customer mindset.
- Ensure product lists and search result pages are effectively merchandised using Salesforce sorting rules while optimising pages for seasonal/regional nuances and filter opportunities.
- Identify new onsite opportunities and bring ideas and innovation to improve the customer experience and aid conversion; use a testing‑first mentality to meet agreed KPIs and continually optimise the site.
- Develop strong collaborative relationships across all departments in the Support Office, especially e‑commerce, marketing, planning and creative teams.
Must Haves
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar e‑commerce role; experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Google Analytics, Power BI, ContentSquare, Dynamic Yield and Amplience desirable.
- An analytical and questioning mentality, with advanced Excel skills.
- Highly organised and self‑motivated, able to prioritise heavy workloads effectively in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Faultless attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Proactive and positive approach to problem solving; ideas‑driven and results‑focused with the initiative to see ideas through to fruition.
- A dynamic team player with great interpersonal skills.
