This role supports the day-to-day management of the Amazon marketplace for brands sold across major UK and international platforms, including Amazon, ASOS, Next, and Zalando. It focuses on online trading, identifying product trends, creating high-converting product listings, launching new products, and optimising marketplace content.
What you will do
- Working alongside Marketplace Manager on the current Amazon locations UK, US, IE, DE and FR.
- Manage Amazon Listings to ensure accurate engaging product information (descriptions, title, imagery, keywords, size guides).
- Resolve search suppressed and inactive listings to improve product parity.
- Improve listing visibility through use of the listing quality dashboard.
- Raise and manage support cases with the integrator and seller support, following through to resolution.
- Continuously manage and optimise our 6 Amazon Brand Stores.
- Create engaging Premium A+ content for all listings on a generic brand level and at product level for best-sellers.
- Resolve any customer or listings issues alongside the customer service team/Amazon support team and suggest changes to ways of working to reduce customer issues.
- Ensure Account Health is always healthy with no risk of failing any SLA’s or deactivation.
- Set up promotions and deals in line with the marketing calendar outlined by the Marketplace Manager.
- Stay up to date with Amazon guidelines and policies to ensure we are consistently compliant on the marketplace.
- Research competitor activity to make sure we are producing best in class optimised data.
- Regularly check the customer journey for our products to ensure best in class customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Support all wider marketplace activities and new initiatives to optimise content and increase brand visibility and sales performance when required.

Requirements
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central 3P.
- An understanding of Amazon SEO and listing optimisation.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- A-Level or equivalent qualification in Business/Marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Desirable but not required
- Knowledge of PPC advertising.
- Experience working with large product catalogues and data sets.
- Graphic design experience (for A+ and Brand Stores).
- Previous experience working with integrators and facilitators such as Rithum would be advantageous.
