The Role: In this role you will support the Senior Distributor Marketing Manager in delivering high-quality, commercially effective marketing activity across EMEA distributor markets. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with distributor partners, ensuring the execution of locally relevant campaigns while maintaining global brand standards. Your work will focus on coordinating seasonal marketing plans, managing asset delivery and supporting campaign execution across multiple channels including Trade, PR & Talent, Brand Experience, Media, and D2C Retail.
Your Impact:
- Support distributor marketing delivery by coordinating the execution of seasonal marketing plans across Trade, PR & Talent, Brand Experience, Media and D2C Retail.
- Act as a key day‑to‑day contact for distributor markets on marketing execution, timelines, tools and asset delivery.
- Support the distributor briefing process by translating global and EMEA strategy into clear executional guidance for local markets.
- Own the localisation and delivery of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and market needs.
- Champion process improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance distributor marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with EMEA Marketing, Sales and other stakeholders to support integrated market delivery.

Who You Are: You are highly organised with strong project coordination skills. You're comfortable working across multiple markets, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. You understand how to balance global brand frameworks with local market needs.
We Would Love to Hear from People with:
- Previous marketing experience.
- Distributor or partner marketing experience is a plus.
- Experience supporting multi‑channel marketing activity across regional or multi‑market environments.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience coordinating campaigns, reporting on performance, and managing marketing assets is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English (additional EU languages are a plus).
