Company Description McArthurGlen Group, Europe’s leading owner, developer and manager of designer outlets, was founded in Europe in 1993 and currently manages 20+ designer outlets in 8 countries.

We’re looking for a social‑first Marketing Executive who knows how to create content that captures attention and drives engagement. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing our West Midlands designer outlet centre to life across digital—driving footfall, sales, and online buzz.

Responsibilities

  • Own day‑to‑day management of our social channels, website, and email—keeping content fresh and on‑brand.
  • Plan scroll‑stopping campaigns, brief photo/video shoots, and collaborate with retailers on new launches, offers, and events.
  • Track performance, analyse data and refine content to continuously improve results.

Qualifications

  • A strong understanding of social media and digital storytelling.
  • A creative eye for content, with the confidence to bring new ideas forward.
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • An interest in retail and fashion (highly desirable).
  • Experience with content tools, CMS platforms, and editing software (e.g. Photoshop).
