Retail Assistant (Athlete) – part‑time 24‑hour contract in Mansfield. You will be the face of NIKE, providing premium product knowledge and customer service in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver world‑class service and product knowledge to consumers.
- Assist retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
- Support store departments: operating the cash register, managing inventory, replenishing products, building visual displays, and recommending products to reach sales targets.
- Leverage digital tools to create a seamless online‑offline experience.
- Educate consumers and teammates about NIKE products and services.
- Continuously improve product knowledge through training and tools.

Qualifications
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
- Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
- Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
- Flexible with scheduling; available for retail hours including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
Availability
- Part‑time.
- Must be available weekends.
