This position can be based at our headquarters in Manchester, UK or Dubai, UAE. We are looking for an experienced and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role is hands-on and digital-first, responsible for creating compelling visuals that define the look and feel of the Club L London brand across all platforms. You will work closely with the Creative, Marketing, E-commerce, and Social teams to deliver high-impact, on-brand creative that drives engagement, conversion, and brand awareness. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a globally recognised fashion brand and shape the visual identity of our content across international markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Design & Campaign Execution: Create high-quality digital assets for paid media, e-commerce, social media, CRM, and email campaigns. Design visuals for product launches, seasonal drops, and marketing campaigns that are aspirational and performance-focused. Ensure all assets are optimised for platform requirements, formats, and engagement.
  • E-commerce & Performance Focus: Collaborate with E-commerce and Marketing teams to produce visuals that support conversion and revenue growth. Use data and performance insights to refine creative output and improve effectiveness. Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creative, Social and PR to deliver cohesive, on-brand visuals. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume eCommerce environment developing multiple identities for launch drops, product spotlights and content focuses. Deliver creative assets on time and aligned with brand and commercial priorities.
  • Innovation & Trend Awareness: Stay current on design, fashion, and digital trends, especially in global and Middle Eastern markets. Explore new creative tools and approaches to keep Club L London’s digital presence fresh, relevant, and engaging. Support the integration of AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance creative output.
About You
  • Extensive experience (at least 2 years) as a graphic designer, ideally in fashion, luxury, or eCommerce with a passion for luxury.
  • Strong hands-on digital design skills across paid media, e-commerce, social, and email.
  • Commercially aware, with the ability to create visually compelling content that drives results.
  • Highly organised and adaptable, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines across international time zones.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics, balancing creativity with commercial impact.
