We are hiring a Part‑Time Client Advisor to join our Burberry team at Selfridges Manchester on a fixed‑term contract until 28 August 2027, working 28 hours per week with flexibility across days. In this role, you will build meaningful relationships with both new and existing clients, delivering a personalised and elevated Burberry experience that drives commercial success. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will inspire clients through your passion for fashion, craftsmanship and luxury. Reporting to the store management team, you will contribute to a welcoming, high‑performing retail environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build strong, long‑term relationships with clients by delivering a personalised and engaging Burberry experience.
  • Inspire and advise clients through confident storytelling, styling expertise and in‑depth product knowledge.
  • Drive individual and store performance through a commercial mindset and client‑focused approach.
  • Maintain high standards of service, presentation and professionalism on the shopfloor.
  • Support client development initiatives, including retaining and reconnecting with existing clientele.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture.
PERSONAL PROFILE
  • Experience delivering premium customer service within retail, hospitality or a service‑led environment.
  • A genuine passion for fashion, luxury and creating memorable client experiences.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse client base.
  • Confident in styling, selling and advising across luxury product categories.
  • Commercially aware, proactive and motivated to contribute to shared success.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with availability to work across a part‑time rota.
