The Role

As a Visual Experience Specialist, you will be a key creative and operational partner for HOKA’s retail and wholesale presence across EMEA. You’ll elevate the brand’s presence in multi‑brand environments, deliver premium seasonal executions, and ensure HOKA is presented consistently and commercially across all channels. Working closely with the Visual Experiences Manager, you’ll bring brand storytelling to life through owned retail, showrooms, and wholesale channels, while supporting the creation of seasonal toolkits, regionalised campaigns, and tailored visual solutions for diverse partners. You’ll be both a creative executor and a cross‑functional connector, translating global brand direction into elevated EMEA‑specific experiences.

Your Impact

  • Support HOKA brand standards across EMEA retail, wholesale, and showrooms
  • Lead regional seasonal showroom setup ahead of wholesale sell‑in, aligning with stakeholders on creative solutions and merchandising needs
  • Assist in developing creative solutions for EMEA windows, managing production and implementation, and ensuring global alignment
  • Stay current on window design and industry trends
  • Uphold merchandising standards across channels, ensuring the HOKA brand is always presented in an elevated way
  • Roll out guidelines and training programmes seasonally
  • Manage administration tasks to keep VE and showroom budgets in line
  • Build strong relationships with local sales and trade teams
  • Support opening processes and sampling for new SIS and pop‑ups in EMEA wholesale and distributor channels
  • Develop VM trainings and brandbooks for seasonal executions
  • Support design, install, and setup of new showrooms or refits, elevating ‘Brand Defining Moments’ at sell‑in
  • Manage production and shipping of propping for showrooms and create seasonal guidelines
  • Cooperate with VE Manager to develop creative solutions for EMEA windows, aiming for global alignment
  • Manage regional in‑store merchandising strategy, supporting commercial goals and product marketing strategy
  • Plan and support execution of visual presentation for new store openings
  • Manage VE training programmes and develop training tools for wholesale partners
  • Ensure compliance to VE Global Brief or creation of regional brief signed off by global
  • Maximise sales potential through visual merchandising and training
  • Gather positive feedback from key stakeholders
