JOB PURPOSE

To assist in the delivery of the Customs Strategy for the Group and ensure day to day compliance with the Asian Customs and Duty requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Translate customs and trade compliance requirements into clear, actionable system and reporting solutions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, data teams and technology specialists to design and deliver effective outcomes.
  • Lead process analysis and improvement activities, identifying opportunities to enhance ways of working and operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate workshops, gather requirements and create documentation that supportssuccessful project delivery.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing activities, supporting prioritisation and resolution of defects to ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Deliver training, knowledge transfer and post-implementation support to enable successful adoption of new systems and processes.
  • PERSONAL PROFILE
  • Experience delivering technology solutions within customs, trade compliance or related regulatory environments.
  • Knowledge of SAP platforms, including AFS or S/4HANA, and familiarity with global trade compliance solutions such as MIC or similar systems.
  • Proven experience supporting the design, build and implementation of technology transformation programmes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
  • Effective communicator who can build trusted relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
