Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Product team to develop inventory strategies for initial allocations to stores & ecommerce.
  • Analyse store sales performance & inventory to optimize replenishment.
  • Carry out all allocation and replenishment activity to ensure prompt and effective distribution of stock and ensure that target store stock levels are maintained.
  • Proactive approach to ensure all cross functional queries are dealt with efficiently.
  • Develop initial allocation strategies for new product launches and provide fill rate analysis to cross functional teams including Buying and VM.
  • Partner with Buying to develop minimum stock holding levels at the SKU level (style/size/color) to ensure sales plans and VM guidelines for the floor.
  • Review style and category performance and make suggestions for the replenishment and movement of stock.
  • Provide Weekly sales & inventory reports to the business & ad hoc reports as required.
  • Determine appropriate inventory levels for new stores across Europe.
  • Provide clear & accurate inventory reports for all business partners.
  • Partner with the warehouse team regarding the planning & execution of allocations & deliveries.
  • Manage communication of newness arrival timing at the distribution centre & stores for business partners.
  • Support allocations in absence of other Tapestry team members where relevant.
