You will be required to work the following days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays.

We are looking to cover 18 hours per week, Permanent.

The rate of pay will be £15.96 per hour.

As a Supervisor, you’ll take the lead on retail operations, coach and inspire a high performing team to beat their targets and deliver a world‑class customer experience.

The Role

Oversight of the busy sales floor, motivating and coaching a team of sales assistants to unlock their full sales potential and ensuring customers enjoy a personalised, meaningful shopping experience.

Champion brand values of Dream, Dare, Care, and Deliver and take ownership of daily store operations. A fast‑paced, high‑pressure retail environment is essential.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Hold daily team briefs, share store KPIs, and motivate the team to beat them.
  • Drive exceptional service through role‑modelling selling ceremony and delivering on KPIs.
  • Perform store walks; understand commerciality and its impact on visual merchandising.
  • Monitor sales performance and take action to support team success.
  • Handle serious complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Build the bond between our brand and customers, answering queries and adapting to individuals’ personalities and needs.
  • Use product knowledge and storytelling to create unforgettable experiences and inspire love for Pandora’s sustainability, design, and craftsmanship.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets using effective selling skills, focusing on up‑selling, UPT, ATV, conversion and productivity.
  • Store Operations
  • Act as key holder and ensure opening/closure procedures are carried out.
  • Cashing up and reconciling till systems.
  • Assist with administrative duties including recruitment and investigations.
  • Assist with product and POS deliveries; unloading and storing correctly.
  • Operate till system handling financial transactions, returns and exchanges.
  • Maintain security policies and procedures to keep team and customers safe.
