The Role: As the Supervisor, DTC Operations Planning for HOKA, you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of planning, inventory management, and sales performance across our Retail and E-Commerce channels. You will drive operational planning activities that ensure the right product is available at the right place and the right time, helping to maximise sales opportunities while minimising stock risk. Your work will focus on:
- Sales and stock analysis
- Replenishment planning
- Trading performance
- Demand forecasting
- Inventory optimisation

You will collaborate closely with Planning, Merchandising, Demand Planning, Commercial, Retail, E-Commerce, and Supply Chain teams while leading and developing a small team to deliver best-in-class planning operations.
Your Impact:
- Own the execution of operational planning activities across HOKA Retail and E-Commerce channels.
- Develop reporting, forecasting, and analytical insights to support commercial decision-making.
- Collaborate with Planning, Commercial, Retail, and Supply Chain teams to optimise stock flow and drive performance.
- Ensure inventory is allocated and replenished effectively to maximise availability and sales.
- Care for product flow, launch readiness, and stock optimisation across all channels.
- Support in-season trading activities, forecasting processes, and inventory management initiatives.
- Lead a team of Planning professionals, providing coaching, development, and clear direction while driving continuous improvement and automation opportunities.

You're comfortable working with large volumes of data and making decisions in a fast-paced trading environment. You understand retail planning, inventory management, replenishment, and forecasting principles. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Previous planning or merchandising experience, ideally within retail, wholesale, or consumer goods.
- Experience managing stock allocation, replenishment, forecasting, or inventory planning.
- Strong commercial reporting and analytical capabilities.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency across Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working with planning and reporting systems such as Tableau, BI platforms, or ERP systems is advantageous.
- Experience leading or mentoring team members.
- A strong interest in retail, consumer products, and the HOKA brand.
