As our Strategy – Enterprise PMO Manager, you’ll be part of the Strategy team working closely with brilliant people across the business. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.
This role plays a pivotal part in driving our consumer centric strategy. Everything you do will help elevate the DM experience - whether you’re enabling teams, improving processes, influencing decision making, or crafting moments that matter for our consumers around the globe. You’ll help us push boundaries, raise the bar, and keep the spirit of DM alive in everything we deliver.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Enterprise portfolio planning & governance: Own the integrated enterprise portfolio, consolidating initiatives into a single view and ensuring alignment between strategy, investment and delivery through clear governance and consistent delivery standards.
- Reporting, insight & performance management: Deliver executive-ready reporting and forward‑looking insights, tracking KPIs, risks, dependencies and benefits realisation to drive informed decision‑making and value delivery.
- Capacity, tools & continuous improvement: Manage cross‑functional dependencies and capacity, lead PPM tools and standards, and embed continuous improvement to strengthen delivery maturity and enterprise change practices.
KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
- Enterprise PMO & strategy delivery expertise: Extensive experience leading enterprise PMO/portfolio functions within complex, cross‑functional environments, with strong knowledge of strategy delivery approaches.
- Executive insight & analytical capability: Proven ability to operate at executive level, translating complex delivery data into clear insights, supported by strong analytical skills across plans, KPIs and benefits.
- Delivery methods, tools & stakeholder influence: Deep understanding of waterfall, agile and hybrid methodologies, alongside experience with PPM tools, and strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence without authority.
