WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE:
The Senior Product Manager, Commerce & Checkout owns the global Commerce & Checkout portfolio as a strategic product domain across all customer touchpoints, including e‐commerce, in‐store technology, and emerging transactional environments. Operating at Senior Manager level, this role sets the long‐term vision, principles, and operating guardrails for how customers move from intent to purchase — ensuring experiences are seamless, trusted, commercially effective, and unmistakably Dr. Martens.
This role is accountable for enterprise‐level outcomes, sitting at the intersection of Product, Experience Design, Technology, Retail, Operations, and Commercial functions to ensure that buying Dr. Martens is simple, confident, and worth choosing — today and at scale for the future.
- Own the global Commerce & Checkout product domain, covering digital, physical, and hybrid purchase experiences across all channels and markets.
- Define and deliver enterprise product vision and roadmap, shaping multi‐year strategy for transactional journeys aligned to commercial and experience goals.
- Establish a compelling customer value proposition for buying, balancing conversion, trust, ease, and premium brand expression.
- Set global standards and capabilities across checkout, payments, fulfilment, and transactional journeys, ensuring consistency with flexibility for local execution.
- Drive commercial and experience performance, improving conversion, reducing abandonment, and enhancing speed, trust, and usability across the end‐to‐end purchase journey.
