The Role:

As Senior Online Marketplace Manager, you’ll drive the long-term strategic growth and profitability of the Online Marketplace channel, shaping the direction and commercial strategy for marketplaces within the European Digital Sales business. Reporting to the E-Commerce Director, you’ll be the subject matter expert, aligning with senior leadership to embed e-commerce priorities and establishing scalable operating models for future marketplace expansion. Your impact will be organization-wide, strengthening cross-functional collaboration and improving agility and execution.

Your Impact:

  • Develop and implement multi-year growth strategies for the European Online Marketplace channel, aligning account roadmaps and investment priorities.
  • Shape the strategic balance across channels (DTC, Wholesale, Marketplace) to drive growth, profitability, and brand equity.
  • Translate strategy into actionable marketplace plans with clear financial ambition and capability requirements.
  • Lead and manage online marketplace accounts with key strategic partners, guiding forecasting, investment allocation, and risk mitigation.
  • Influence partner roadmaps to support brand and category growth objectives.
  • Define and execute trading and product propositions, ensuring aligned ranging, merchandise planning, and in-season execution.
  • Use data from online marketplace accounts to inform future channel strategy recommendations.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across eCommerce, Wholesale, Merchandising, Operations, and Technology.
  • Facilitate seamless set up and launch of new account business.
  • Own performance management and reporting, proactively managing KPIs such as net sales, margin, inventory, and fulfilment.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign alignment, paid marketplace media, and brand shop optimization.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards).
  • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate information and collaborate across teams and with key accounts.
