We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Sales Executive to support the UK & Ireland Digital Womenswear Wholesale team during a maternity cover period. This role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence, supporting key digital accounts, and delivering actionable insights that help unlock growth opportunities.
Working closely with Sales, Planning, Buying, Marketing, and Customer Operations teams, the successful candidate will help ensure seamless execution across the sales cycle, from market preparation and order management to performance analysis and digital trading support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day sales and administrative support to the Digital Womenswear Wholesale team.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and performance updates for key digital accounts.
- Manage order uploads, order validation, and system checks during market and pre-market appointments.
- Support in market meetings by coordinating samples, product information, performance data, and presentations.
- Support market with completing wrap up overview of meeting highlights and actions. Also supporting on producing buy review deck after pre-plan/market.
- Monitor order books, deliveries, and trading activity, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Assist with forecasting, planning activities, and seasonal business reviews.
- Provide ad hoc support across the Womenswear wholesale business as required.
- Conduct regular sell-through analysis across key accounts, identifying re-order opportunities, stock risks, and trading opportunities.
- Analyse product performance and customer demand trends to support commercial decision-making.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key insights, risks, and opportunities.
- Create seasonal trend analyses, missed opportunity reviews, and category performance updates to support account strategy.
- Support the Business Development Analyst with monthly e-commerce reporting and performance reviews.
- Perform regular website audits to ensure products are live, correctly represented, and aligned to Ralph Lauren brand standards.
- Monitor online sell-outs and product availability, identifying opportunities to maximise sales performance.
- Partner with Digital Marketing teams to provide Womenswear performance insights and recommend key product selections for sponsored campaigns.
- Review seasonal digital assortments and marketing activations to ensure priority categories and key looks receive appropriate exposure.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel capabilities and confidence working with large datasets.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
