Responsibilities

  • Provide world‑class service and a premium brand experience to consumers.
  • Assist retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
  • Support store departments (operate cash register, manage incoming and outgoing goods, refill products on the shopfloor, build visual displays) and recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
  • Use knowledge of digital devices to create a bond between online and offline sales or services in the store.
  • Inform consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
  • Improve knowledge via training tools to stay up to date and gain more insights on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Qualifications

  • Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
  • Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
  • Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.

Availability

  • Part-time temporary 14 hours per week opportunity until 06 September 2026.
  • Must be available weekends.
  • Available between 7am – 9pm.
