Role Summary

The Regional Product Manager (RPM) is a high-impact regional strategic leader responsible for elevating our EMEA product offering beyond the global inline calendar. Your mission is to infuse global vision with regional nuance, ensuring our product assortment resonates deeply with local consumers, focusing on our largest and most important channels. You will act as the critical bridge between global investment and regional execution, working with the global Special Makeup (SMU) team on regional initiatives, coordinating with the global Energy team on high-profile collaborations, and representing the EMEA market regarding the expansion of our apparel & accessories business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Product Creation & Regional Direction
  • Market Differentiation: Drive regional product differentiation across priority channels and key accounts to fuel brand heat and exclusivity.
  • Consumer Advocacy: Serve as the definitive champion for the EMEA consumer, working with the regional merchandising team and global product teams to ensure key products align with regional trends and brand moments.
  • Collaborations & Energy
  • Strategic Partnerships: Coordinate with the global Energy team to identify and manage approved regionally relevant collaboration opportunities that amplify brand heat and accelerate storytelling.
  • Execution Excellence: Oversee the seamless planning and marketplace execution of global collaboration initiatives within the region, including managing PLM systems, ordering, and coordinating with both the Global Energy team and the Asia-based sourcing team.
